Conifer-LeChase Construction, LLC (“CLC”) is a joint venture of Conifer Construction, LLC and LeChase Construction Services, LLC. Each of these companies is a 50% owner of CLC.

The joint venture brings together the depth and breadth of the LeChase organization’s overall construction expertise with Conifer Construction’s extensive knowledge of the affordable housing industry.

 Conifer Construction has more than 20 years of experience in constructing affordable housing. Conifer Realty, LLC, the sole member of Conifer Construction, was formed in 1975 and specializes in the development and management of high-quality, affordable housing communities. Since inception, it has developed more than 225 properties and 16,000 apartment units. As a General Contractor, Conifer Construction has completed nearly 60 LIHC financed projects.

LeChase Construction is a full-service construction management and general construction firm with more than 60 years of experience serving many sectors of the industry. LeChase is well recognized for its long-term commitment to providing superior quality, innovative solutions and safe practices. As one of the nation’s top contractors, LeChase employs more than 200 people in management and administrative positions while maintaining a field crew of approximately 300 experienced workers.
